6.3 Billing and Invoicing

Invoices will be generated upon service completion and are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payment fees of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue accounts.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to services is limited to the lesser of: (a) the actual value of the service contents, (b) the declared value, or (c) $100 USD per service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Basic insurance coverage is included with all services. Additional insurance coverage may be purchased for services with declared values exceeding the basic coverage limit.

7.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for loss or damage caused by: acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, labor strikes, or any other cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Services.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
